We are a family business based in Exeter and have a wealth of experience providing accommodation and individualised support packages for adults with learning disabilities and/or other special needs.

Our skilled and experienced support workers are headed up by the Management Team, Neil and Janice Passmore and Jerry Chew.

Referrals for support are usually made via social services teams. Those in receipt of Direct Payments may make a direct referral.

Janice and Neil have a number of shared homes in the community where they act as landlord to service users who choose to live independently with their own tenancy agreement. Tenancies are secure, and can be long term if this is required by the service user. An innovative and flexible support package is provided to the service users living in these homes according to assessed need.

When a referral is received, the needs of the individual will be discussed. A visit will be arranged for the service user to meet with staff and other service users.

If the service user decides that they would like to receive a service from Passmore Care Services, individual hours are assessed and agreed.
