Accommodation


A tenancy agreement is provided to each individual and explained in full.

Tenancies are secure which enables tenants to stay long term without fear of their property being sold etc.

Accommodation is in Exeter at this time.

All properties are smart, well maintained, and furnished to a high standard.

Most properties are shared, typically accommodating 2 or 3 people in a house.

No deposit is required by the landlord.

The landlord will offer full support applying for the appropriate level of housing benefit, and will await the housing benefit award before collecting rent.

 

 

Support is available to help budget for rent, household bills and shopping and any other expenses.

Support is available to protect the tenancy, including threats due to emotional or behavioural elements.

We will provide support to maintain the home and carry out repairs.

Assistance is given to help people orientate/get to know the area, so that they can quickly access local amenities, plus we can help with travel training to acquaint people with the local public transport. We can also assist to apply for bus pass or other concessionary travel tickets.
