We are always pleased to hear positive and encouraging comments.
Here are just some of the many we have received.
‘I would like to share my experience of working with the team and the care and compassion that I have witnessed with the team that have been supporting A. It was clear the staff went beyond what would be expected to ensure A was receiving the best care and the way the whole team advocated for A blew me away’. Social Worker
‘They are AMAZING!!!! Your words echo those of other staff at DPT and in other services such as St Petrocks. I keep asking Passmore to open up across Devon’.
‘I saw J today and she wanted to pass on her praise and admiration for your staff and service that have been supporting clients with an EUPD/PD diagnosis. We really appreciate your team’s skills and your management of this service’.
‘The connection that you have made with L in a short amount of time has been amazing to watch and the way that you let him come to you to engage is a pleasure to see, you have a natural talent to get people to engage. So a massive thank you from me. We will get this young man to the place that he needs to be’.
‘Passmore Care Services is a fantastic example of a care provider proactively developing their workforce and taking on new talent to address the challenges in this sector. Thank you from all of us on the Exeter College Apprenticeship Team for everything you do to support Apprentices’.

‘A huge thank you to all of you for all the care that you have given T over many years. Passmore have gone above and beyond in their care of T and have worked with utmost professionalism and dedication. I cannot praise Leah highly enough. When I lived on my own I found it hard to manage and didn’t look after myself well. Since coming to live with Passmore Care Services I look and feel like a different woman and am proud that I can be a mum and nanny to my family’.
‘I would like to write thanking you and your staff for all the care and understanding you show to our sister. Your quiet approach and complete understanding of people with learning disabilities was for us truly wonderful. The longer D is with you, the more this is shown.
