We are always looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Enablers and Support Workers in Exeter. As an Enabler/Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be providing essential and individualised support that enables our clients to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes or in the community. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships and provide the highest quality of care and support. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about caring for others and who share our commitment to providing a friendly and professional service. We welcome applicants with a range of experience, from those who are just starting out in their caring career to those with many years of experience. We also have an effective and friendly Operations team who support the support staff and the business.
